REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to the bake app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by eff.studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This policy is effective as of 2024-12-02.

Subscription Services

The Service Provider offers subscription-based services through the Application. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

  • All subscription purchases are subject to a 7-day refund period from the date of initial purchase.
  • To qualify for a refund, requests must be submitted within this 7-day period via email to min@eff-studio.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Service Provider based on the circumstances and usage of the service.
  • After the 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Subscription cancellations will stop future billing cycles but will not generate refunds for the current billing period.

One-Time Digital Purchases

For one-time digital product purchases made through the Application, the following refund terms apply:

  • Due to the immediate delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, all one-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent proper access or use of your purchased digital product, you may request assistance or, in cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refund requests for digital products must be submitted via email to min@eff-studio.com with your purchase information and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional Circumstances

The Service Provider may consider refunds outside the standard policy in the following situations:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges that can be verified.
  • Critical technical issues that render the service or digital product completely unusable, which the Service Provider cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • In the event the Service Provider discontinues a service for which you have paid in advance, a prorated refund for the unused portion may be issued.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

No-Questions-Asked Trial Period

For new subscribers, the Service Provider offers a no-questions-asked 7-day trial period during which you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service. This trial period begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • For subscription cancellations requested after the 7-day refund period has expired.
  • For digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or used substantially.
  • If the refund is requested due to a change of mind or the service not meeting subjective expectations after the refund period.
  • If the purchase was made in violation of the Service Provider's Terms and Conditions.

Changes to This Policy

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Application. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
